Brocky's HDTV offers shipping to the majority of cities within Australia. Your order will be dispatched within one (1) business day on all products that are currently in stock. You will be informed if a product is not currently in stock immediately and another solution will be found.
Our couriers and Australian Post will ensure your products are delivered in a timely and professional manner.

We understand that returns can happen and our team strives to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. Brocky's HDTV is happy to consider all returns on a case by case basis. Of course, if a product is faulty, our team will organise a replacement for you on return of the faulty product.

Every product purchased from Brocky's HDTV comes with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty as standard.
We offer an extended warranty to five (5) years for domestic use or three (3) years for commercial use depending on the product range (computers carry a maximum 2 year extended warranty).
